Hello, we would like to tell you about our micale baby and what a great organization
Children's Miracle Network is
In September 2007 we were expecting our first baby, but at the beginning of June my
water broke three months early. I was on bed rest at Rapid City Regional for nearly
four weeks before our son was born. Because his lungs didn't have fluid to develop he
was not able to breath on his hown and needed help from a bentilator. With out donations
from CMN that wouldn't have been possible. Because Trailin was so small weighting
3 lbs 3 oz he was place in a giraffe bed to regulate his body temperature, which are
donated by CMN also. So much of the equipment that is in the NICU was vital to the
recovery of Trailin and so many other babies. Through out the three months Trailin was
in NICU, he was on heart monitors, blood pressure monitors, pulse monitors just to
name a few. Many families like us have to travel to visit their babies. Without the
financial help for gas many of those trips wouldn't be possible. I can't say enough about
this organization, we are truly gratefull to all the people who have donated, and encourage
new people to donate. With out all of you many of these miracles wouldn't be posible.
